An Hour with the CEO

This is an organized Town Hall Meeting (THM) wherein the CEO discusses the developments in the company’s business, updates/changes within the organization, and information on certain initiatives and processes.

Employees are given the opportunity to address questions directly to the CEO regarding the discussed topic or other issues immediately after the talk has been concluded. They are also encouraged to share their feedback and suggestions.
