Work-life Balance programs are strategically designed based on the 4 aspects that relate to the wellbeing of our employees and how they relate to the environment.

  • Physical
    Sports and recreation activities are organized in order to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as foster camaraderie and teamwork among our employees.
  • Mind (Intellect and Talent)
    SPi Global’s programs aim at nurturing the diverse talents of our employees by providing them opportunities for continuous learning, and allowing them to discover new insights and hone other skills  aimed at making them well-rounded individuals.
  • Relationships
    SPi Global is a strong advocate of employee engagement. This is realized through robust Enterprise-wide and Division-wide communication programs and learning initiatives for our employees.
  • Productivity
    Our productivity related programs such as sharing ideas for work and system-related improvements and  are spearheaded by the Corporate and Quality & Integration Department and our Center of Excellence Group.
  • Community
    The Company provides activities for employees to be proactively involved in volunteer work through SPi’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. Through the leadership of the CSR Foundation, employee volunteers share their time and skills by providing livelihood, health, environmental, and computer literacy programs to partner communities.
