A leading global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions for professionals in legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, and academic markets provides customers in more than 100 countries with access to billions of searchable documents and records from thousands of legal, news, and business sources.

To deliver this comprehensive solution, the company must take content that it licenses from specialized legal and business publications, convert that content from multiple formats such as XML, HTML, and Tagged ASCII into a single, consistent presentation format, and then present this data through the portal. These tasks require the creation of display specifications. Scripts must also be developed to automate the process of converting data from existing sources into the format specified for display.
