ePLDT Ventus Joins CCAP

The Contact Center Association of the Philippines or CCAP is one of the most well known organizations for outsourcing contact center service providers in the country. Last October 3, 2008, ePLDT Ventus became part of this prestigious organization.

Attending the induction was Joseph Verzosa, Assistant Vice-President and Business Head for Sales and Marketing and Patrick Dy, Program Transition Manager as representatives for ePLDT Ventus. The gathering started out with updates and news from CCAP, after which, the new members were introduced.

“Becoming part of CCAP is indeed a great honor and is no doubt a great move for ePLDT Ventus,” Joseph Verzosa said. “I believe strengthening the ties between us and our fellow outsourcers is a good idea, as we aim to make the Philippines the number one partner for global business outsourcing!” he added.

CCAP holds numerous events to help increase awareness of contact centers located in the Philippines as well as market the strong potential of the country’s local talent to potential clients both local and international. “If we can only market the Philippines as the ideal country for contact center services, it will significantly affect our local industry in a positive way and more importantly, provide more jobs for Filipinos,” Patrick Dy says.
