Q: Why did the company see a need for a unified brand?
A: We moved to a unified brand to build a public understanding of the strength the company has in the content and CRM outsourcing arena. Under the SPi Global brand, we are now positioned as a single organization with multiple competencies, working globally to deliver customized, end-to-end content outsourcing and CRM (customer relationship management) solutions and strategic partnerships.
Q: How would this change benefit me?
A: As a single organization, we will be able to better anticipate and meet your needs and work with you closely to deploy our global resources and wide ranging experience in both your voice and non-voice outsourcing requirement. Our 30-year history allows us the expertise to offer you industry-leading and time-tested processes in our niche markets in content BPO, healthcare and customer relationship management.

A: SPi Global is a leader in providing customized knowledge process and customer relationship management outsourcing solutions. Q: What is PLDT’s vision for SPi Global?

Q: What are the changes that we should expect?
A: Other than our logo, our website and our email nomenclature, all else remain the same. Our change in brand name will not affect your relationship with the people you work closely within our organization.
Q: What does your new logo symbolize?
A: The SPi Global logo is a new take on a very old symbol – the Infinity Ring. The logo encapsulates so many of the corporate values that are necessary to the success of our business. The infinity ring represents the seamless, round-the-clock services we offer, as well as the sustained relationships we forge with our key stakeholders – be they clients, community partners or employees. The infinity logo also evokes the sense of transformation and adaptability – values which are present in every customer relationship we forge.

Billing/Remittance
Q: Will your billing procedures change?
A: There will be no change in billing details.
Q: Will your payment remittance change?
A: There will be no change in payment remittance. You will still remit payment under the legal entity you contracted with.

Q: How will this affect the people I call in your organization?
A: It won’t. Our change to SPi Global will not affect the people you call on at SPi or ePLDT Ventus. You may continue to work with your regular contacts in our organization.
Q: Will your email address change?
A: Yes, our email address nomenclature will change. Our managers and team leads will let you know of the change which will take effect starting August 16, 2010. And don’t worry, if you use an old email address, the person you are trying to reach will still receive your message.
Q: Will the address to your website change?
A: Yes, our Internet URL is now http://www.spi-global.com. However, if you type in our old address www.spi-bpo.com or www.epldtventus.com, you will be redirected to the new one.
