For every attendee who participates in SPi Healthcare’s poker chip drawing in their booth during ANI, a donation will be made in Helping Kids Clinic’s name.
TINLEY PARK, IL – June 19, 2012 – SPi Healthcare, the leading integrated revenue cycle and clinical documentation improvement firm, will make a donation to the Helping Kids Clinic, a Las Vegas-based clinic which provides free healthcare to children who have barriers to health access. This will happen during ANI, the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s (HFMA) Healthcare Finance Conference, taking place in Las Vegas on June 24-27 2012.
ANI attendees who visit SPi Healthcare’s booth #1645 will be able to enter a draw for four $100 poker chips. SPi Healthcare will donate $1 to the Helping Kids Clinic for each participant and will also match the overall amount raised from the draws for donation to the same organization.
Another highlight of SPi Healthcare’s participation at ANI is to feature in their booth a special guest speaker, Greg Caressi, senior vice president of Frost & Sullivan and author of SPi Healthcare’s recent white paper “Creating the Foundation for Financial Health in 21st Century Provision: Leveraging IT and Best Practices Via Business Process Outsourcing.”
“Choosing Helping Kids Clinic as the beneficiary of our donation was an easy decision because their mission of providing children with access to healthcare allows us to continue and sustain our company-wide corporate social responsibility initiative of making a positive impact in the lives of children in our communities,” said John O’Donnell, president and CEO of SPi Healthcare. “We’re focused on optimizing the financial health of healthcare organizations, and the Helping Kids Clinic is focused on providing healthcare to those who are financially challenged.”
“We always appreciate any outside financial help we can receive so we can provide healthcare to more children,” said Susan Brooks, CEO and nurse practitioner for Helping Kids Clinic. “We’re very grateful to SPi Healthcare for their support as it helps us continue to fulfill our mission of providing children in this community with free healthcare.”
