Implementation

SSC’s ability and capacity to add new clients is driven by our experience and expertise. Our client portfolio includes groups of various sizes.

For each new client engagement, we carefully evaluate the resources required to facilitate a successful implementation.

Once the scope of the business engagement is fully defined, SSC will prepare an implementation and transition plan.

During the definition period, critical items such as “go-live” dates, sequencing of departmental rollouts, outstanding receivables on legacy systems, credentialing, and lockboxes, as basic examples, are addressed. SSC will also determine specific financial and performance-related goals and objectives for the business engagement.

To implement a new SSC client, our team will focus on the following areas:

  1. Site Assessment
    a) Review Contracted Services
    b) Client Volume / Size
    c) Go-Live Date
  2. Initial Site Visit
    a) Begin Data Collection
    b) Establish Implementation Resources & Contacts
    c) Schedule Weekly / Bi-Weekly Progress Meetings
  3. Present and Review of Project Plan / Timeline
    a) Guide to help manage tasks to be completed to meet Go-Live Date
    b) This will be updated and discussed throughout implementation
  4. System Design / Implementation
    a) Ongoing Communication / Additional Collection of Data
  5. QA / Testing Analysis prior to Go-Live
