GE Centricity® Business (formerly IDX® Flowcast®)
SSC provides access to our hosted GE system software including Web-based scheduling, registration, appointments, and charge entry. SSC is running the latest in GE Centricity hardware and software (v 4.3). All hardware systems were purchased new and upgraded in March 2009.
SSC’s in-house software solutions team provides custom integrated solutions to meet your specific implementation requirements. We currently interface with industry standard healthcare systems including:

Network Solution
SSC offers state-of-the-art network design; deploying scalable, redundant solutions; ensuring you receive maximum performance and uptime.
By harnessing the power of the Network Industry Leader, Cisco Systems, our certified staff provides connectivity over an array of communication medium (dedicated T1s, T3s, Metro Ethernet, & VPN), providing automatic failover, wherever possible, to redundant Data Centers.
We also provide secure access to our applications from any off-site location using Citrix Terminal Service System. Our knowledgeable staff is willing to offer innovative solutions to your existing network, working with your IT staff to improve end-to-end communication.
Electronic Claims/Remittance
All claims will be sent electronically unless paper claims are necessitated by the payor or claim specific requirements. Claims are submitted daily.
Automated front-end edits, including customized client and payor edits, are used to identify claims which are likely to be denied by payor. Claims are corrected.
