The integrity of healthcare records is paramount. Realizing this, SPi Healthcare has made significant investments to incorporate quality in every phase of its service continuum: recruitment and training, transcription, quality assurance, and post-delivery auditing. Clients are provided with quality reports on a monthly basis.

Recruitment and Training
To ensure that we have complete control over the recruitment process, SPi Healthcare does not use any subcontracted transcriptionists. All transcriptionists must pass a rigorous exam before joining the company. Additionally, offshore transcriptionists must have a Bachelors Degree and many have a Masters Degree. All applications must advance through our award winning training program.

Transcription
Quality and expertise are factored into the compensation plans of our medical transcriptionists. Work pools are kept small to allow our transcriptionists to focus on a limited number of dictators.

Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance Specialists provide an extra layer of security to ensure that our reports are error free. eGlobal Enterprise 4.0, SPi’s proprietary technology platform, has an integrated feedback module so that MTs can immediately review the edits made by Quality Assurance.

Post-Delivery Audits
SPi Healthcare is one of the only companies in the industry to conduct post-delivery Quality Audits based on ISO standards. All audited reports receive a quality score based on guidelines established by the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI). Clients are given monthly quality reports documenting our performance.
