History
Founded in 2007 as Level-Up BPO, SPi Interactive was the brainchild of Jane Walker, ePLDT Vice President and CEO of Level-Up Games, Philippines.
Level-Up BPO realized the opportunities brought about by years of experience in leading the Philippine online gaming industry and spun off from its big brother to focus purely on online game management and customer support operations.
From its humble beginnings with just a single client in 2007, Level-Up BPO has continuously expanded and now manages over 25 online video games published both in North America and globally.
Current Structure
After a PLDT corporate restructure in mid-2010, Level-Up BPO joined SPi Global, PLDT’s business process outsourcing arm, and became one of its 4 main business pillars --- SPi Interactive.
Now armed with the backing and expertise of SPi as a major player in the global outsourcing industry, SPi Interactive looks to further expand its horizons, providing expert service not just for online games, but to all other virtual communities where interaction between users is a key ingredient to success.
