Game Support Agents
The Game Support Agents serve as the direct point of contact with the customers. They are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any course, or has completed the 2nd year college level.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience at a call center, preferably in providing email support.
- Possesses excellent writing and verbal skills.
- With strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Team player, creative, and with a positive attitude
- Preference will be given to candidates who have plenty of online gaming experience.
