Jane Walker, Chief Executive Officer
Jane received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the Philippines. She served as the CEO of netGames Inc. in 2005 until its merger with Level Up! in late 2006 where she was appointed CEO of the merged company.
Since 2007, she has served as the CEO and President of SPi Interactive, as well as concurrently sharing the responsibilities as CEO and President of Level Up! Inc., the leading online game publisher in the Philippines. She is concurrently the First-Vice President for Internet Gaming of the PLDT Group, and has also led key internet related projects, including the introduction of prepaid internet service.
Jane has had more than 18 years of experience working with multinationals in telco, and fast moving consumer goods, including the data business of PLDT; Oral, Hair, Body and Surface categories of Colgate-Palmolive Philippines; the Global Division of Colgate Palmolive Head Office in NY; and the Ice Cream Division of Magnolia-Nestle Corporation.
She has led Level Up! through its maturation, launching new products, diversifying revenue streams, improving the Platform and business processes, and maximizing the synergies with ePLDT.
Jasper Nicolas, Chief Operating Officer
Jasper holds a degree in Business Administration, major in computer applications, from De La Salle – College of St. Benilde.
Jasper has built an impressive resume of savvy management work experience- first as a front-liner for PeopleSupport Inc. before moving on as a Sales Associate in charge of client acquisition. He then became a Sales Trainer, developing a program for sales agents to effectively increase their productivity. He also worked with Digital Media Exchange, ABS-CBN’s MMOG division, and iGame Network Phil. (a subsidiary of Korean gaming giant Hanbitsoft) and was responsible for training and the setup of all platforms for sales and marketing, customer service, and game operations.
In 2007, he joined Level Up! Inc. to co-found and establish the Level Up! BPO Services group, with Jane Walker as CEO. Within the second year of operations, the company grew to 110 employees generating revenues close to ten times its initial funding.
He is responsible for business operations which boast an attrition rate of less than 11% per annum, where the industry norm is at 15% churn per month. Through the highly efficient use of resources, Jasper was able to contribute to the first profitable year of operations of the Level Up! Group.
