Our 100% Digital Fiber Optic Network (DFON) technology ensures seamless voice and data traffic connectivity.
Additionally, SPi CRM uses the NTT-Japan/ARCSTAR ATM network to haul traffic from the United States and Canada to the Philippines. NTT/ARCSTAR's end-to-end ATM managed service provides a flexible bandwidth assignment that can easily increase bandwidth as required by the customer. Their service also provides automatic ATM-VP/VC switch-over facility in each segment (domestic US/Canada-international circuit-domestic Philippines) and has redundant and diversified international circuits via Guam-Philippines-China-Japan as the primary link and via APCN2 as the back up link.
