Our Total Quality program is managed by a dedicated Quality department composed of industry experts as well as process experts. Working closely with each business unit, this department is responsible for promoting and managing various quality initiatives across the organization as well as leading new customer-oriented best practices.

Our best practice certifications and methodologies are seamlessly integrated through our Total Quality program, which enables us to consistently deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions to our customers.

ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System
SPi Global was the first company of its kind to receive ISO certification in 1995, and the first to achieve ISO 9001:2008 in 2001.

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 – Information Security Management System
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (formerly BS 7799-2:2002) is the gold standard in certifying that information assets are protected. SPi Global has been regularly certified since 2005.

PCI DSS External Vulnerability Scan
SPi Global has successfully passed the PCI DSS Compliance testing for its Customer Service.

Six Sigma
A data-driven approach to quality, Six Sigma allows us to respond quickly and effectively to your needs and improve our corporate processes. It also equips our employees with advanced analytical and statistical tools to monitor and control work processes.

HIPAA
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) was enacted, in part, to create better practices with respect to the Privacy, Security and Confidentiality of Patient Health Information (PHI). Organizations providing healthcare services in the US ("Covered Entities") are required to comply with HIPAA guidelines. As a Business Associate, SPi Global is dedicated to supporting our clients' HIPAA compliance programs by utilizing technology, policies and procedures that comply with HIPAA guidelines.
