Tim Hardin, Senior Vice President, Operations
Tim Hardin has over 25 years of experience in successfully managing service organizations with expertise in new and expanding operations. Tim has led several start-up and aggressive growth service organizations to their next phase of development.
Prior to his appointment at SPi Global, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Sitel Philippines where he was responsible for leading an ambitious growth strategy that increased the employee base from 6,000 to over 11,000 in two years. Tim also held other senior positions such as SVP and GM at ICT Group, Inc., CEO at New Medium Direct, Inc., President at Digital Lighthouse Corporation and Founder of Market Reach, Ltd. and TeleLink Systems, Inc.
Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Florida.
Thomas Moroney, Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Thomas P. Moroney leads the US and APAC sales teams and streamlines the sales-related initiatives of the CRM business unit. He brings with him over 27 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, and operations.
Prior to joining SPi Global, Tom was the Executive Vice President for Business Development for TRG Holdings LLC, a company based in Washington, DC, with ownership in several BPO companies. During his three-year tenure, he was responsible for leading the team in identifying, managing and maximizing the financial impact of numerous business development opportunities through organic and targeted sales efforts. Tom also spent nine years at PRC, a BPO company from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in positions of increasing responsibility including SVP Global Services and SVP Business Development. During his tenure at PRC, he supported major contracts with Citigroup, American Express, and numerous dot.coms. He also personally led efforts to expand operations to the Philippines, India, Dominican Republic and Northern Ireland, giving him keen insight into international operations and other cultures.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Tom lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
