Scalable Recruiting and Managed Attrition

While other call center providers have, and continue to experience, significant difficulty with attrition, SPi CRM has been very successful in keeping attrition rates low year after year. This is in large part due to the status of our parent company, PLDT, as an “Employer of Choice” in the Philippines-acknowledged as "Employer of the Year" by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) in 2009, and the comprehensive recruiting programs that we have in place. The fact that we are able to continuously maintain low attrition rates is a testament to the effective retention programs that we have put in place.
