Job Summary

  • To meet agreed Service Level Agreements by handling both inbound & outbound Customer Service calls.

Job Qualifications

  • Has completed at least two (2) years of College
  • Technical Support / Customer Service experience preferred but not
  • Good disposition towards work
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Speaks fluent Mandarin
  • Possesses good persuasion skills, enthusiastic, spontaneous, and creative
  • Can work well in a team
  • Proven ability to handle stress and can work under pressure
  • Driven and highly motivated
  • Willing to work on shifts/graveyard schedule
