Job Summary
- To meet agreed Service Level Agreements by handling both inbound & outbound Customer Service calls.
Job Qualifications
- Has completed at least two (2) years of College
- Technical Support / Customer Service experience preferred but not
- Good disposition towards work
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Speaks fluent Mandarin
- Possesses good persuasion skills, enthusiastic, spontaneous, and creative
- Can work well in a team
- Proven ability to handle stress and can work under pressure
- Driven and highly motivated
- Willing to work on shifts/graveyard schedule
