HR Partner, Employee Relations
Job Summary:
- Under general direction, formulates and defines HR metrics, recommends and scopes appropriate changes to HR systems based on both corporate HR reporting needs and business requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Knowledge with various HR disciplines (well rounded)
- Needs experience with project management, HRMS platforms including HR Pro timekeeping and payroll administration
- Has background providing input in developing and implementing HR programs (Performance Management, Goal Setting and Monitoring, marketing HR programs/initiatives, employee relations, OD)
