Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managerial capacity as an OM/SOM
- Preferably with knowledge in BPO
- Must possess excellent leadership and decision making
- Proficient in English both written and oral
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Attention to details and Project Management
